Trees (Medium to Large)
Evergreen and Deciduous Trees that are 30-100'+ tall in height.  GLPG Chapter 2

Bamboo, also known as a tall grass can either grow as a (Running Bamboo at heights of 2-40') and that of (Clumping Bamboo at heights of 6-55' tall).

Perennials (A-G)
Non-Woody plants that have at least 2 growing seasons which range from as little as a few inches up to 30' tall in height.  GLPG Chapter 12
Perennials (H-Z)
Non-Woody plants that have at least 2 growing seasons, with various flowering colors.  GLPG Chapter 12
Perennials (Flax)
Non-Woody plant that is ornamentally known for its dramatic sword-like foliage which comes in various colors and sizes range from 18" to 8'+ in height.

Bulbs and Bulb-Like Plants
Similar growth habit as that of Perennials, although Bulbs and Bulb-Like Plants are formed underground which are considered either: Rhizome, Tuberous Roots, Tuber, Bulb, or Corm root systems that range from 3" to 6' tall in height.  GLPG Chapter 13 
Annuals and Biennials
Similar of that of Perennials, although Annuals (1 growing season) and Biennials (with 2 growing seasons) are generally grown for bright vibrant flowers and distinctive foliage.  GLPG Chapter 14
Herbs
Includes a various types of plants for medicinal, culinary and other uses of a plant.  GLPG Chapter 15
Roses
Including many varieties from Hybrid Teas, Romantica's, Floribunda's, Grandiflora's, to David Austin grown Roses.
